A working team led from Accra: senior legal judgment, a dedicated engineering group, and a practitioner-curated corpus behind every cited answer. We hire slowly and to a high bar, because every word in the corpus carries a lawyer's name behind it.

J.D., cum laude, Cleveland-Marshall College of Law, with the CALI Award in Corporations and admission to the Ghana Bar. Trained at a mid-major US law firm, and served as trial counsel, as outside counsel, and as Assistant General Counsel before founding Evans Adika Law in Accra. He architected the Veritas corpus methodology, building the Ghana corpus to 250 instruments and 5,270 obligations at practitioner depth, and designed the two-agent system behind Kwame and Ayo.
Brings over fifteen years in engineering and an MBA to the platform behind Veritas, and lectures in Artificial Intelligence at BlueCrest University. As CTO he leads platform engineering and the AI infrastructure behind Kwame and Ayo, from the corpus pipeline and API architecture to cloud and security, heading a ten-engineer team building the platform that takes the verified corpus from a single jurisdiction to the continent.
Runs delivery across Veritas: the cadence of the corpus build, the throughput of the practitioner network, and the coordination between legal curation and engineering, so the standard ships on time and nothing slips between the lawyers and the platform.
Small by design. Lawyers set the standard, engineers make it repeatable, and nothing enters the corpus without a qualified legal professional behind it.
Engineers led by the CTO, building the platform, the agents, and the API.
Senior lawyers with in-house and general counsel experience worldwide, alongside finance and business leaders who keep the alliance delivering on its mandate.
Every instrument reviewed by a qualified legal professional before it enters the corpus.
Practitioners curate every instrument to the provision; engineers turn that into a live, queryable system; senior counsel set the bar. The result is intelligence a regulator, a board, or an auditor can stand behind.
